Brisbane’s pre-eminent construction law firm, Helix Legal, has expanded its presence in Queensland by opening a Gold Coast office.
Focusing specifically on the Queensland construction landscape and related industries, Helix Legal now has four (4) offices in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Cairns and Townsville.
Helix Legal’s CEO, Janelle Kerrisk, said that “this is an important milestone for the firm as having a local presence now allows delivery of services tailored for the strong Gold Coast market”.

Helix Legal’s Director, Jonathan Miliszewski (pictured) has been appointed to lead the Gold Coast office and brings a wealth of experience to the firm’s contract negotiation, adjudication and litigation practice areas.
Mr Miliszewski leads the Southeast Queensland Dispute Resolution team offering commercially focused expertise to Helix clients regarding disputes arising from their construction contracts.

Founded in 2016 by Janelle Kerrisk and Dayna Gilbert, Helix Legal has grown exponentially since its inception now employing more than 20 legal specialists and working with Helix Compliance which provides forensic financial investigations.
