Where are commitments under the Mandate and Threshold captured?

The Queensland Government Building Construction and Maintenance (BCM) managing contractor suite of contracts and the Department of Transport Main Roads (DTMR) Transport Infrastructure Contract – Construct Only (TIC-CO) have recently been reviewed and updated to include provisions necessary for the effective implementation of the Mandate and Threshold.

Building Construction Maintenance Contract Suite

The BCM contract templates are stored on the Queensland Government BCM contracts – template website.

Transport Infrastructure Contract – Construct Only Suite (TIC-CO)

The TIC-CO contract templates are stored on the Department of Transport and Main Roads – Transport Infrastructure Contract website.

Similar clauses will be included in the balance of the State Government standard contract suites in due course, and updated template documentation should be available for all relevant spend categories at forgov.qld.gov.au/procurement .
