I am unapologetically a big supporter of adjudication. In a previous article entitled Adjudication is ‘simply the best’, I explained the reasons for arriving at such a position, namely:
However, I recognise that adjudication is a divisive process because of its interim ‘pay now, argue later’ consequences. Many parties who have had decisions against them do not see adjudication in a positive light.

At Helix, we are unapologetically passionate about adjudication. We want to see it used to bring about real solutions. We want to see it bring parties to the table to negotiate. We want to see it used commercially and transparently to achieve outcomes. Sometimes good, sometimes bad.
